Brickley Rise is idyllically found in under two acres of enclosed private gardens, previously apart of Ingoldisthorpe Hall Estate, Norfolk. Built in 1745, this traditional house was originally the former Laundry Cottage for the estate and has been beautifully restored. It now provides a high standard of self-catering holiday accommodation in a truly superb woodland setting for up to eight guests in four bedrooms. The house is ideally located for the North Norfolk coast line and under 3 miles from the Sandringham Estate. In 2017 & 2018 Brickley Rise was awarded a 4 Star Gold rating by Visit England, something we are incredibly proud to achieve 2 years in a row.
The house offers high specification fixtures and fittings throughout, a spacious kitchen which looks out across the front driveway and stunning woodland views. An island work area is ideal for social dining and cooking, with a separate dining room which comfortably seats eight people around a stunning solid oak dining table.
The spacious family lounge has french doors looking out over the rear paddock with picturesque views from every window. There's a cosy wood-burning effect stove which ensures a warm and welcoming feel. The room also provides a flat screen TV, WI-FI, a wide range of board games and books. A second family sitting room allows a separate living space for children complete with a selection of toys. So just sit back and listen to the birds whilst enjoying the peaceful and tranquil surroundings.
Upstairs there are two large ensuite double bedrooms, a large family bathroom and two twin rooms. Guest can enjoy from every window the great views of the woodland and views across the estate, there really isn't anything like Brickley Rise, a stunning, high quality self catering accommodation in North Norfolk with plenty of space for all the family inside and out!
