It now provides a high standard of self-catering holiday accommodation in a truly superb woodland setting for up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The house is ideally located for the North Norfolk coast line and under 3 miles from the Sandringham Estate. The house offers high specification fixtures and fittings throughout, a spacious kitchen which looks out across the front driveway and stunning woodland views. An island work area is ideal for social dining and cooking, with a separate dining room which comfortably seats eight people around a stunning solid oak dining table.
The spacious family lounge has French doors looking out over the rear paddock with picturesque views from every window. There's a cosy wood-burning effect stove which ensures a warm and welcoming feel. The room also provides a flat screen TV, WI-FI, a wide range of board games and books. A second family sitting room allows a separate living space for children complete with a selection of toys. So just sit back and listen to the birds whilst enjoying the peaceful and tranquil surroundings.
