Living Area:

• The larger living area is thoughtfully furnished with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and an extensive collection of board games, coloring books, and even a book exchange.
• Three large sofas, set before a wood-burning effect stove, invite relaxation and conversation, while providing a warm and welcoming ambiance enhanced by panoramic views from every window.

Bedrooms:

• Upstairs, four bedrooms await, two of which are ensuite, accessed via a spacious landing.
  • The master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a newly fitted ensuite shower room with luxurious Egyptian cotton towels and complimentary toiletries.
  • The green bedroom offers twin beds, wall-hung TV, built-in wardrobes, and stunning views over Ingoldisthorpe Hall.
  • The blue bedroom, also a twin room, boasts seaside-themed decor, large drawers, and a flat-screen TV, with garden views.
  • The front bedroom contains a double bed, dressing table area, drawer space, and an ensuite bathroom, with views over the driveway entrance and front woodland.

Bathrooms:

• The family bathroom, centrally located, features a vanity cupboard and a large bath with a shower, providing convenience and comfort for all guests.
• Bed linen, toilet rolls, and towels are provided for all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Family-Friendly Amenities:

• For families traveling with young children, a range of amenities is available, including a travel cot, high chair, potty, stair gates, steps for sinks, toilet seats, and children's plastic plates, cups, and cutlery.
• Guests are advised to request these items upon booking, noting that cot linen is not provided, and the property cannot be held responsible for accidents.
